A healthcare provider in England is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to provide compassionate care in their Dementia, Nursing, and Residential homes. You'll lead care plans, ensure dignity and independence for our residents, and work closely with families. The ideal candidate has a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care and experience in person-centred care. This role offers £13.17 to £13.77 per hour with various benefits including free uniform and a company pension scheme.

Essential: Level 2 Diploma/SNVQ in Adult Care or equivalent; prepared to work towards Level 3 qualification in Adult Care or equivalent; background in person-centred care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia. You should have brilliant positive energy and a natural ability to get along with people. You will know what good record keeping looks like and be able to manage your time effectively. You should communicate with residents and co-workers with kindness and consideration.
Desirable: Level 2/3 Diploma/SNVQ in Health & Social Care.
