About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Business Insight Manager to lead financial analysis and deliver actionable insights that shape strategic decisions at the highest level. This is a key leadership role, working closely with senior stakeholders and ensuring the team’s priorities align with business objectives.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide expert financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders and influence decisions.
  • Lead and manage team priorities, resources, and deadlines.
  • Drive improvements in data modelling, analytics, and reporting processes.
  • Represent the function in senior leadership forums and champion its work.
What We’re Looking For
  • Significant experience in financial analysis, business insights, or related fields.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing ability at senior level.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Good understanding of finance (accountancy qualification not required).
