A top-ranked US law firm are searching for a Senior Business Development Executive to support their Corporate and Transactional practice group, based in London. You will be a vital part of the firmwide marketing and business development group and collaborate globally to drive business development initiatives. You will work closely with industry leaders and fee earners to identify new opportunities with existing and prospective clients.

The Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Finance group partners to identify business opportunities and enhance cross-selling.
  • Manage the entire proposal lifecycle and implement best practices for pitching, including coaching on presentations.
  • Lead or support marketing efforts like thought leadership campaigns and client focus programs.
  • Create and distribute content-based marketing materials and oversee directory submissions.
  • Develop marketing collateral such as brochures and client briefings, and support PR activities.
  • Coordinate with global BD teams and mentor Marketing Assistants, while contributing to practice plans and client-specific email alerts.

The Candidate:

  • Previous experience working within a legal/professional services environment.
  • Substantial marketing and business development experience.
  • While Finance knowledge is advantageous, it’s not a mandatory requirement.
  • Preferably holds a degree, potentially with a Marketing (CIM) certification.
