A leading financial services provider in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a Senior Business Control Manager to enhance risk management practices. You will work with Customer Operations, manage a team, and significantly impact customer experiences. The Risk & Control Team within Customer Operations are the driving force behind risk management and control excellence within Customer Operations, ensuring risk management activities are aligned to the Bank's overall strategy, with appropriate governance in place to maintain risk policies, procedures and controls and ensuring good outcomes for customers. The Senior Business Control Manager is responsible for driving the delivery of excellent customer experiences by leading on the design, development and implementation of best practice risk and control management across Customer Operations with a specific focus on Risk Reporting & Insight. The successful candidate will join an exciting, motivated, and high performing team who really make a difference to Making our Customers Happier about Money.
