Our vision is to streamline complex workflows and create a seamless, unified user experience for our front‑office teams.

Your mission will be to act as the critical bridge between business stakeholders (Traders, Sales, Operations) and Technology teams across all asset classes in order to :

Streamline Workflows : Drive best‑in‑class UI interoperability using modern tech and open standards, like FDC3, to simplify complex front‑office processes.

Own End‑to‑End Delivery : Drive the full lifecycle of initiatives, from initial discovery and analysis through to final delivery and user adoption.

Innovate with AI : Pioneer the integration of AI to create intelligent, automated, and predictive workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Analysis : Act as the primary liaison between business users and technologists. Lead discovery workshops, conduct detailed process mapping, and perform gap analysis to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for workflow optimisation.
  • Requirements Definition & Documentation : Translate business needs into clear, concise, and actionable requirements. Develop and own key project artefacts, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), and user stories.
  • Data‑Driven Insights : Gather and analyse operational data from cross‑functional stakeholders. Identify data patterns and trends to provide insights that enhance business decision‑making, process improvement, and solution assessment.
  • Project & Delivery Management : Creating project plans, defining scope and objectives, identifying dependencies, managing risks and issues, and ensuring timely delivery against milestones.
  • AI‑Driven Interoperability : Lead the vision of AI to enhance how our users interact with UI Applications. Drive discovery on innovative ways to automate and improve user workflows through intelligent systems.
  • Risk Management : Proactively identify and communicate risks and their potential impacts. Propose effective mitigation strategies, considering the business implications of technology application and ensuring compliance with firm policies.
  • Vendor Collaboration : Liaise with third‑party vendors like to understand their capabilities and ensure their solutions are effectively integrated to meet our business objectives.
Skill & Qualifications
  • Proven Experience : A strong track record as a Business Analyst or Project Manager within a complex financial services environment, preferably in Markets or a related front‑office area.
  • Stakeholder Management : First‑hand experience working directly with demanding stakeholders such as Traders, Sales professionals, and senior technology leaders.
  • Business Analysis Acumen : Comprehensive knowledge of business analysis principles. Expertise in gathering and documenting requirements (BRDs, FRDs) and defining system scope for complex, high‑impact projects.
  • Data & Analytical Skills : Strong proficiency in data analysis. The ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and make data‑driven recommendations.
  • Problem‑Solving : A proactive and analytical approach to problem‑solving, with a talent for identifying needs, navigating ambiguity, and influencing strategic decisions to deliver concrete outcomes.
  • Exceptional Communication : The ability to guide, influence, and articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
What Will Make You Stand Out
  • Interoperability Experience : Knowledge of desktop interoperability concepts (FDC3, MCP) or platforms like , Openfin.
  • AI / ML Exposure : An interest in how AI can be applied to improve user workflows.
