As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in driving innovation and supporting a diverse portfolio of projects within our Architecture Practice, with a focus on the Air sector. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You will work across the full product lifecycle, shaping solutions that meet customer needs, enable strategic objectives, and deliver real operational value.
You’ll be at the heart of identifying business challenges, analysing operational requirements, and delivering effective, practical solutions through both automated and non-automated process improvements. You will also have the opportunity to undertake advanced modelling to support major change programmes, helping to shape the future direction of the organisation.
In this role, you will influence and improve practices, processes, and standards, while championing localised quality improvements across systems and services. Working across the entire Air sector business unit, you’ll collaborate with a wide range of functions-including engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, and our military customers, giving you exceptional exposure and the chance to make a meaningful impact.
