Qualifications

• Extensive experience in all core Building Surveying work areas.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong management of sub consultants and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead on individual Building Surveying, Technical Adviser projects.
• Prepare specifications and AutoCAD drawings.
• Conduct surveys and write reports for Building Surveying services.
• Manage financial, commercial, and risk aspects of projects.
