Qualifications

  • Strong technical knowledge of building pathology, construction technology, and statutory compliance.
  • Experience in mentoring or supervising junior staff.

  • Lead and manage building surveying projects from inception to completion.
  • Prepare detailed condition surveys, comprehensive reports, and advice on remedial works.
  • Oversee tendering, procurement, and administration of construction contracts.
