Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team of Surveyors.
• Flexibility to travel nationally across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Manage documentation for competitive tender activities.
• Determine and analyse the condition of buildings and services.
• Support J&I FM Bid team with procurement processes.
