Qualifications

  • A RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying or related discipline.
  • Ideally MRICS qualified or working towards chartership.
  • Solid technical knowledge and experience across core Building Surveying duties.
  • Experience managing multiple projects at one time.
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficient in CAD and other industry-relevant software.
  • A proactive approach to CPD and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a variety of technical duties, including condition surveys and defect diagnosis.
  • Oversee design, contract administration, and project management.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and consultants.
  • Mentor junior team members.

Skills
