An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Building Surveyor to join a pioneering and sustainable rural estate in Norfolk. This company, known for its land and property activities, is seeking a dedicated professional to manage building projects and preserve heritage buildings. The Senior Building Surveyor will oversee projects from inception to completion, working with clients and contractors, and engaging with statutory bodies to ensure compliance and quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise on building pathology and needs for heritage buildings like Holkham Hall.
  • Coordinate with statutory bodies such as Historic England and local authorities.
  • Manage project phases including specifications, tenders, and supervision.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance and maintain quality standards.
