The ideal candidate will have a degree in Building Surveying and relevant professional membership. The role offers a temporary full-time position with a pay rate of £45 per hour Umbrella LTD. A client within the Public Sector based in Stoke-on-Trent is currently recruiting for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their Building Regulations & Land Charges Team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full-time, temporary position on an ongoing basis, with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority building control environment.
The key purpose of the role is to efficiently and effectively assess applications for Building Regulation consent and undertake associated building inspections, ensuring the authority fulfils its statutory responsibilities and performance standards.

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such is offering £45 per hour Umbrella LTD (Inside IR35) (approx. £38 per hour PAYE).
