Overview

Senior Building Surveyor – Location: Birmingham

My client is a young, ambitious, and rapidly growing building consultancy. Founded less than 10 years ago, they have expanded to a 70+ strong team across the South West and have opened a new office in Birmingham. With bold plans to establish a presence in the North of England by 2026, they are looking for experienced Building Surveyors who want to be part of this exciting growth journey.

The Role

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will work across a diverse range of projects, supporting clients with surveys, inspections, project management, and professional consultancy advice. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the Birmingham office and will have opportunities to mentor junior surveyors as well as contribute to the firm\'s continued expansion.

What We\'re Looking For

• 4+ years\' experience in Building Surveying
• Comfortable working across both project and professional services
• RICS qualification is NOT essential – but a willingness to work towards it is
• A proactive, ambitious mindset – someone excited by growth and new opportunities
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
