Senior Building Services Manager (Northern Home Counties Business)
Location: Welwyn Garden City Site Based, with flexibility for occasional remote working
We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Building Services Manager to support the Technical Team and manage the various M&E related subcontractors through their CDP design development, site installation and commissioning, ensuring all works are fully coordinated and delivered in accordance with the contract programme on all contracts allocated within the Northern Home Counties Business unit. This position is project based, with flexibility for occasional remote working.

You will be working within our Construction London & Home Counties business, where you will:
Significant experience in the main contracting market with experience of working on Residential, Educational, Healthcare or Leisure schemes between £10 and £100 million.
Already experienced as a senior building services manager you will be qualified in mechanical and/or electrical disciplines. You will have a full understanding of detailed M&E procedures and will have a good level of technical and professional expertise. You will have the ability to produce M&E design, installation and commissioning programmes and you will have a good level of understanding of Breeam.
