Job description

Our client is a dynamic independent insurance brokerage with chartered status currently experiencing a tremendous period of growth despite Covid. This brand new role has been created and presents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced commercial broker / handler to join the team.

The role will primarily involve assisting a number of experienced account executives in dealing with a wide variety of commercial insurance clients across a many sectors, ranging in size and technical complexity. The role requires applicants to have a good level of technical knowledge, great attention to detail and a good network of local insurer contacts.

You will deal with the full broking cycle including compiling new business submissions and placing new business, mta’s, marketing renewals and negotiating with insurers, regular client contact with a focus on providing a very high level of customer service.

Progress towards ACII studies would be preferred and will be fully supported. We would also prefer applicants to be competent Acturis users.
