A leading hospitality company in the UK is seeking a strategic leader to direct divisional marketing initiatives and ensure best practices across their brands. The successful candidate will support the Brand and Marketing Director, create effective communication strategies, and develop a comprehensive portfolio strategy aligned with the company's vision. The role holder will lead the divisional team to deliver projects and initiatives that are required across each brand to ensure, best practice and efficient approach. The role will focus on delivering commercial benefit, and or group lead initiatives such as App optimisation.
Working as part of the DB Divisional team, this role is the key interface with central departments to create a single point of contact for key initiatives
Working in partnerships with the Commercial Lead to drive forward cross portfolio opportunities
Support the Brand and Marketing Director, and be a strategic thought partner helping to translate vision into actionable plans.
Co-ordinate cross functional initiatives to ensure alignment across divisional marketing, central marketing, commercial, and operations.
Prepare executive levels DB Brand and Marketing reviews, for DBR’s and Board level to communicate marketing performance and priorities.
Manage and prioritise senior teams workflows and interdependence to ensure there is a clear plan as a team.
Facilitate consistent communication and alignment within the senior team and broader organisation.
Working with the senior team, support the team culture, and team engagement plan
Develop a portfolio strategy identifying what is consistent, and what requires individual brand approach. Development of a clear 5 year portfolio Strategy in service of the Greene King Purpose of Pouring Happiness into Lives, and the delivery of the Greene King Strategic Goals 1) Outstanding Customer experience 2) Winning Marketing Share 3) Growing EBIT contribution 4) delivering impact for our customers, our people, and our communities.
Create a rolling 18 months plan which leads the individual brand 18 month plans.
