What you’ll do
  • Lead pivotal innovation projects, from concept to market launch, with complete ownership of the process.
  • Collaborate with in-house creative teams and the Shopper Marketing Manager to deliver multichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Analyse and evaluate market performance, recommending changes or optimisations where necessary.
  • Build strong relationships with the commercial sales team and support growth strategies through engaging customer presentations.
  • Serve as the International Brand Lead, partnering with distributors and retailers to ensure success in various markets.
Who you are
  • You have experience inFMCG marketing with a proven track record of delivering innovation from concept to launch.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and holding stakeholders accountable.
  • Analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen and numerical literacy.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of adhering to timelines and budgets.

Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 DOE
Logistics: London based hybrid role
