Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Senior BIM Technician role within major infrastructure or large-scale construction projects.
• Extensive understanding of model structure, workflows, and information management.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Produce and manage high-quality 3D models in line with project requirements.
• Lead data configuration and ensure accurate asset data implementation across all BIM outputs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain standards and resolve design queries.
• Support BIM coordination and clash detection as needed.
