Qualifications

• Ability to lead technical projects across large teams delivering results on time and to a high standard.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in large complex organisations.
• Ability to produce high-quality robust reporting in a fast-paced environment to support business decision-making.
• Strong people management experience with a track record of developing and coaching teams.
• Insurance experience is preferred with an understanding of how business intelligence impacts operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data strategy for the Motability Unit.
• Provide actionable insights that help improve operational performance.
• Manage, mentor and develop a team of data scientists, engineers and analysts.
• Identify and champion improvements to data architecture to enhance analytical capability.
• Drive best practice in data governance across the unit.
• Deliver consistent high-quality reporting, presenting results and driving meaningful action.
