ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Beauty Specialist you will play a pivotal role in the coaching and developing of our Boots Beauty Crew as you will be responsible for the day to day leadership of the team on the shop floors.

Using your leadership experience and passion for the latest beauty trends you will not only lead and inspire the beauty crew, but you will also collaborate with the wider team within the Beauty Hall to create a fun and inviting environment for customers.

What you will be doing

  • Working on the shop floor leading, inspiring and coaching the Beauty Crew to deliver a brilliant customer experience
  • Successfully land new product and brand launches through store wide engagement
  • Reporting to the Beauty Assistant manager, you will work closely with them to create and implement a store specific business to grow your beauty business.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
These are the essential skills or experience needed to succeed in this role:

  • A passion for premium cosmetics, skincare brands and fragrance
  • Experience leading and motivating a team to deliver targets
  • Spent time working in a customer facing role delivering exceptional customer service

IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU ALSO HAVE

These are desirable skills or experience and are not essential, so we would welcome applications from candidates that don't match these additional criteria:

  • Experience working with premium beauty brands
  • Worked within a large retail environment
