Overview

The Position. The right Senior Bartender will be passionate and knowledgeable about beers, whisky and cocktails, and have a good background in high volume restaurants and bars, whilst delivering exceptional guest experiences with personality and flair. The Successful Bartender will have:

• Prior experience as a Bartender within a fast paced-quality restaurant or bar.
• Eagerness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.
• A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail.
• Passion for beverage, food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn.
• The desire to develop your career within an ambitious and trend-setting restaurant group.
