• Proven experience as an Audio Visual Engineer (not just service).
• Strong understanding of audio visual systems, including installation.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with AV equipment.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency service requests and provide on-site repairs.
• Conduct regular maintenance visits as per the service contract schedule.
• Provide expert technical support for audio visual equipment.
