As an Assurance Senior, you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality assurance reviews across Thames Water, including reviews of externally reported data and information. Your work will help drive best practice, strengthen data integrity, and ensure accurate, reliable information reaches our stakeholders customers.
You’ll lead assurance reviews and projects, contribute to the delivery of the assurance plan, and support continuous improvement of assurance approaches. Building strong relationships across the business will be central to your success, as you help raise the profile and impact of the internal audit function.
Joining our growing Internal Audit, Assurance and Controls team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape new processes and frameworks, including the development of an assurance map and aligned assurance practices, and to support the evolution of our wider control framework. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact while helping to build a more robust, effective assurance environment across the organisation.
The base location will be a hybrid model based in Reading.
