A top 20 international law firm is looking for a Senior Associate to join its market-leading Real Estate Finance team in Manchester. The Role -You will:
·Lead on Real Estate Finance and CRE Structured Debt deals across a wide range of assets.
·Draft and negotiate finance documents including facility agreements, fee letters, mezzanine documentation, and intercreditor agreements.
·Work on financing across asset classes (offices, residential, retail, hotels, logistics) and structures (investment, structured debt, large-scale developments).
·Manage deal teams including junior associates, trainees, and paralegals.
·Build and deepen relationships with clients including banks, private equity funds, developers, and property companies.
·Support partners in supervising and developing junior lawyers..

About You:
·Strong Real Estate Finance experience and understanding of key market concepts.
·Commercially minded with excellent technical and drafting skills.
