• Strong experience delivering core professional surveying services, particularly dilapidations.
• Confident in client-facing settings with experience managing key stakeholders.
• Able to manage projects from inception to completion or eager to step into a more autonomous role.

Responsibilities

• Lead on professional instructions including dilapidations and contract administration.
• Manage all phases of the dilapidations process from survey to negotiation.
• Support and develop junior surveyors through structured mentoring.
• Contribute to service delivery improvements and support senior leadership on business development initiatives.
