A leading healthcare provider in Cardiff is looking for a Pharmacy team member to dispense medications, maintain stock, and support patients. The ideal candidate will possess NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services or be willing to work towards it. Teamwork and strong communication skills are essential. The position offers training and varies between clinical and procurement environments, with a supportive team atmosphere. Flexibility for weekend and bank holiday work is required.

We are a busy and friendly department. There will be plenty of variety in this job and you may spend time in our Clinical, Medicines@Home and procurement & distribution services. A typical day may consist of dispensing medicines for patients, topping-up stocked medication on wards or processing prescriptions for our care closer to home settings.
We will train you in all aspects of the role, so whilst hospital pharmacy experience is welcomed, it is not essential. We are looking for the right candidate, who is team player and eager to learn.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and / or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
You will participate in weekend and bank holiday rotas as required.
Work under the professional & clinical supervision of the pharmacy team ensuring to follow standard operating procedures at all times.
