Join us as a Senior Architect leading the design and delivery of secure, scalable VMware solutions across enterprise environments.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end architecture for VMware vSphere, vSAN and Horizon View.
• Define and deliver VDI solutions, ensuring high performance and secure remote access.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and steer technical discussions with stakeholders.
• Produce clear high-quality design documents and implementation guides.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience designing and implementing VMware Horizon View in secure enterprises.
• Deep knowledge of VMware vSAN architecture and performance optimisation.
• Strong VMware vCenter and ESXi host management skills.
• Expertise in Horizon planning: display protocols (Blast Extreme, PCoIP), desktop pools and application provisioning.
• Ability to work independently, influence decisions and own outcomes.

Desirable

• VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) for image automation.
