This role will be to lead a project team through design and delivery of Education and mixed use projects in the UK.

Requirements

• Strong design leadership throughout all RIBA stages from concept design to technical delivery and on-site coordination.
• Experience working collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams, leading small teams, and working independently when required.
• Excellent drawing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate design ideas and the evolution of concepts clearly
• Revit knowledge
• Experience managing fees and invoicing
• Experience contributing to winning work
