Senior Architect Responsibilities

• Leading and delivering projects from inception through to completion
• Managing and mentoring junior team members
• Liaising confidently with clients, consultants and contractors
• Driving technical excellence with strong Revit skills
• Overseeing design coordination, planning applications and building regulations compliance
• Contributing to the strategic growth of the office and engaging in business development activities

What We're Looking For

• ARB/RIBA qualified Architect with minimum 10+ years post‑qualification UK experience
• Strong design and technical focus, with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Suite
• Experience in commercial and education sectors desirable
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams
• Highly motivated, proactive and confident in client‑facing roles
