• Proven ability to document software development and create test scripts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the customisation and integration of off-the-shelf software products.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and the IT team to design, implement, and maintain solutions.
• Troubleshoot performance issues, server logs, and user-related problems.

Skills

Extensive experience with off-the-shelf software solutions

Strong proficiency with integrating software systems and third party APIs

Knowledge of SQL and experience with databases

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git and GitHub)
