Senior Analyst Operational Resilience & Incident Management
The Senior Analyst Operational Resilience & Incident Management will serve as the primary representative of the EMEA‑based Operational Resilience & Incident Management team within Enterprise Risk. This role is responsible for maintaining the firm’s Operational Resilience program, including designing and facilitating scenario tests, conducting resilience assessments across Important Business Services and Pillars, and equipping stakeholders with critical information to make informed decisions during disruptions.
The position also plays an integral role in supporting the firm’s Error Resolution Council (ERC) Fund Error Resolution Group (FERG) and Market Crisis Management. Acting as a frontline resource, the Senior Analyst will respond to operational incidents, business continuity events, and market crises impacting the firm’s global operations. This position reports to the Senior Officer Enterprise Resilience & Risk Intelligence based in Boston.
This position is critical to ensuring the firm’s ability to operate globally during disruptions, maintain regulatory compliance, and uphold client confidence through robust operational resilience and incident management practices.
