This role involves leading the EMEA Duty Safeguard Team, ensuring technical and systemic compliance for AML systems, and driving innovations in data governance and risk management. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in EU AML regulations and significant experience in a leadership role, preferably within the banking or fintech sectors. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in AML and financial crime compliance, including 3-5 years in leadership.
• Deep expertise in EU/Luxembourg AML regulations and audit support.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and strategic execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA Duty Safeguard Team overseeing technical/system oversight.
• Ensure technical compliance; act as local technical expert for AML systems.
• Drive data governance and enhance risk detection via data-driven methods.
