Job description

Fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute Senior Business Analyst with in-depth experience of AI (Gen AI and Prompting) development & systems to take on this new role. Ideally, you will have a strong background in the insurance industry but we will consider candidates from other sectors.

Based within our Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) GB Operations team and with line management responsibility, you will be pivotal to delivering across many strategic AI-driven projects that will transform how we operate and serve clients globally. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, shape solutions, and ensure successful delivery of AI initiatives within our AI engineering lab.

This role will be based in our London offices and will be offered on a hybrid basis.

The Role
  • Help drive the business analysis for a high-impact AI projects across our global broking business.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across broking, operations, and technology to gather and validate requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for AI-driven solutions.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement intelligent agents.
  • Conduct gap analyses, process mapping, and impact assessments.
  • Support change management and training initiatives to embed AI solutions across the business.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and benefits realisation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and data governance standards.
  • Manage internal controls, risk management, and change processes to ensure robust governance and successful delivery and adoption of AI solutions.
  • Team line management responsibility
The Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the insurance sector (broking, claims, or operations) although other sectors will be considered.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, Technical Prompting, and systematic use of AI to achieve impactful business outcomes.
  • Demonstrable logical and systematic thinking skills, and wiliness to apply that to AI driven processes, and solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Leadership experience desirable but not essential.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., BCS, IIBA) or AI/ML (e.g., Coursera, Microsoft, Google).
  • Experience working with AI tooling, platforms and agential frameworks.
