Aftersales Leader required near Hemel Hempstead

Up to 45000 basic OTE

Monday to Friday with Saturday AM rota

This is fantastic opportunity join an industry leader and the opportunity to work with some of the nicest vehicles in the Automotive sector.

Formed over 40 years ago this company is seeking an experienced Aftersales Leader to support the Service department across Parts and Service.

You will become an integral part of the family with most employees holding over 10 years tenure should you hold the aptitude the role can go on to become more managerial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting customers and scheduling services
  • Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle
  • Coordinate jobs including preparation and submission of estimates for approval and liaison with clients insurers and other stakeholders on agreed processes.
  • Maintain high standards of inventory management and parts ordering.
