Overview

Working within Integrated Sexual Health Service the Senior Administration Assistant will provide comprehensive high quality, confidential, administrative and clerical services to the senior management and clinical team. To be a point of contact for the sexual health team and external agencies. The post involves a flexible shift pattern and may include covering duties of colleagues in their absence (e.g., annual leave, sickness, possibly at short notice).   • Provide comprehensive high quality, confidential administrative and clerical services to the senior management and clinical team.
  • Act as a point of contact for the sexual health team and external agencies.
  • Work a flexible shift pattern and may include covering duties of colleagues in their absence (annual leave, sickness, possibly at short notice).
  • Carry out a range of duties requiring good communication skills, the ability to work autonomously or as part of a busy team, and a customer-focused mindset.
