The Role

Financial Reporting s Control

• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS and local GAAP requirements.
• Ensure timely consolidation of financials across global entities.
• Take the lead in sales force commission workings.
• Aid in the implementation and maintenance of robust financial controls and processes.

Budgeting s Forecasting

• Assist the Global Head of Finance with annual budget preparation and periodic re-forecasting.
• Provide variance analysis and financial insights to senior management.
• Support strategic planning through financial modelling and scenario analysis.

Regulatory s Compliance

• Ensure compliance with FCA and other international regulatory reporting requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulators as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations impacting the business.

Leadership s Collaboration

• Supervise and mentor finance team members.
• Work closely with regional offices to standardize and streamline financial processes.
• Partner with business leaders to support commercial decision-making

Ideal Profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a financial control or similar role, ideally within financial services/FinTech/FX/Trading.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, regulatory reporting, and audit processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
