Job description

Currently looking for a Senior Account Manager for a new contract in Central London.

Must have previous experience within Hard FM at a Senior level with mechanical or electrical bias

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing 2 managers, 2 supervisors with engineering and admin support site underneath them

Must come from a Hard FM background with experience of managing high end Commercial Buildings within Central London

Working with the team to identify projects and additional works. Supporting the in house project team with project delivery within key customers

Dealing with accounts and invoicing queries, holding weekly meetings with the customer, whilst visiting their commercial properties within central London

WFH available as required, great team around you to support. The role will develop to encompass other contracts once the first contract is up and running

Initial contract is 13 sites, mix of static and mobile service delivery

Salary - 70-75k
