Must Haves
- Strong client relationship management skills, you will have looked after business customers previously

What You Will Be Doing
- Own your accounts - take full responsibility for managing a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service and solutions tailored to their needs.
- Drive growth - identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand your client base and increase revenue.
- Be the bridge - act as the key link between the sales team and operations, ensuring smooth delivery from proposal to execution.
- Stay connected - conduct regular client visits, build strong relationships, and maintain a deep understanding of their goals and challenges.
- Deliver results - meet and exceed KPIs while supporting the Exhibition Manager in hitting company targets.
- Promote safety & sustainability - champion Health & Safety compliance and embed sustainable practices in day-to-day operations.
- Problem-solve on the spot - handle challenges quickly and professionally, keeping both clients and internal teams informed and confident.
