Multi-Site Senior Account Manager - Gi Group

East of England including Lowestoft

Salary: £34k - £38k + Bonus + Car Allowance + Award Winning Benefits

Are you a dynamic and driven professional with a passion for operational excellence, team development, and client satisfaction? We are seeking a Multi‑Site Senior Account Manager to lead the on‑site delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs) across a minimum of two and a maximum of four sites. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a challenging and fast‑paced environment while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
  • Manage the delivery of operational KPIs and ensure the smooth running of multiple on‑site contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients as the escalation point for any issues.
  • Ensure all Management Information (MI) reports and KPIs are prepared accurately and on time for weekly client reviews.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Recruit, train, coach, and motivate your on‑site teams to deliver on KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Conduct appraisals, create development plans, and foster a positive work culture with work/life balance.
Process & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and government regulations regarding temporary staff employment.
  • Conduct site audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented for any administrative errors or issues.
  • Maintain a robust out‑of‑hours rota to ensure site coverage at all times.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a focus on training, coaching, and motivating teams.
  • Excellent client relationship management and communication skills, acting as a trusted point of escalation.
  • Financial acumen and experience managing budgets, projections, and cost controls.
  • Exceptional organisational and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
