Overview

We are looking for a Senior Account Handler to join an award winning, Chartered Insurance Broker in the North West. You will be responsible for the full insurance cycle of your book and handling new business enquiries. You will also need your outstanding communication skills and insurance industry knowledge to get to know each client and help them understand the ever-changing world of insurance.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full insurance cycle of your book and handle new business enquiries.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing clear explanations of insurance concepts and cover options.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support client needs and ensure high-quality service.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs or equivalent including Maths and English at A-C/4-9 level
  • Broad experience in the commercial insurance sector
  • Great communication skills
  • Fantastic attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Salary: up to £40k, plus Christmas bonus
