Role Overview

This role will be supporting the programmatic teams account managers and director across all facets of a campaign.

Help to respond to briefs to show how billups products / services can help clients achieve their goals and be successful in the programmatic OOH space.

Setting up programmatic campaigns using a range of targeting criteria across different delivery systems (DSP and our proprietary platform) to ensure campaigns meet performance expectations.

Reporting and analyzing live campaign performance weekly and then more in depth for end of campaign reports

Have strong attention to detail and ensure that the quality and consistency of work delivered is high. The team needs to be able to rely on the quality of your work without question in this area.

Independently monitors and paces campaigns optimizing as needed. Can troubleshoot most common issues and understands why its important.

Job Responsibilities
Campaign Delivery

Understands our commercial models. Identifies opportunities to improve margin and knows when to elevate complex issues to leadership for help.

Expected to proactively monitor all aspects of a campaigns delivery (performance and pacing) across all platforms.

Manages a range of clients. Can talk to clients with confidence handle basic difficult situations and begin to identify upselling / cross-selling opportunities.

Assist in ensuring campaigns are reconciled promptly and accurately at the end of each month in finance systems.

Contribute towards compelling responses to brief

Campaign Reporting : Independently manages client reports proactively identifying trends and communicating the story behind the data with confidence.

Create campaign reports (showing progress against KPIs).

Produce weekly monthly and quarterly performance analysis.

Meet agreed campaign performance KPIs and maximise yield where appropriate.

Product and Pipeline

Use pipeline management tools to ensure the team has a clear view of campaigns coming up.

Build case studies to assist in additional revenue generation.

Understand articulate and champion the product offering

Build a good understanding of our competitors and how our USPs compare to theirs.

Media Supply Optimization

Help determine Media Owner selection pricing and volume.

Liaise with the Trading team to execute on supply / demand tactics as required.
