Job summary

A dynamic client services company in Kirklees is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to manage print campaigns and high-quality projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of print production and experience with POS retail accounts. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with clients and suppliers. This full-time role offers a hybrid working model after an initial period and a competitive salary of up to £28,500 plus benefits.

Senior Account Executive - Print & POS

West Yorkshire

Up to £28,500 25 days holiday plus bank holidays bonuses

Full-time (5 days) Hybrid after initial period

Are you an experienced Account Executive, someone who loves to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic Client Services team and has experience of working in a print production environment? If so, this fantastic opportunity might just be the right career move for you!

We’re looking for a confident, commercially minded, and well‑versed Client Services professional who understands print and POS, who’s comfortable managing big brand and retail accounts.

This role would suit someone who enjoys being at the heart of complex, high‑quality print projects.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Taking print briefs and managing print campaigns and projects end to end
  • Estimating job costs, factoring in materials, labour, overheads, and profit
  • Managing cost variations and ensuring changes are documented and charged
  • Chasing artwork, materials, internal departments, and suppliers to keep jobs on track
  • Ensuring a clean order process and on‑time delivery
  • Liaising with external suppliers and attending internal/external meetings
What you’ll need for your application to be successful:
  • Strong knowledge of print production and the POS/retail sector
  • Experience managing POS retail accounts and major brand clients
  • Confident working to processes, policies, and commercial targets
  • Highly organised, proactive, adaptable, and detail‑focused
  • Experience using MIS systems (Tharstern experience is highly desirable)
  • Professional communicator with a confident, client‑facing approach

Please note: this is not a fully remote role, however, some home working flexibility is available after the initial period.
