This is a fantastic opportunity to join a quality insurance brokerage and to take on a really interesting and loyal commercial / corporate client portfolio due to the retirement of a long standing account director. This existing portfolio has been with the business for many years and will not be under attack from the incumbent director.
The ideal situation would be for an experienced and ambitious account executive to join the business, spending a number of months working closely with the current director to ensure a smooth handover process.
The portfolio is made up of a wide variety of commercial risks with annual premium spends from the tens of thousands up to the hundreds of thousands. Ideal applicants will have a good all round knowledge of most classes of commercial insurance and have previous experience in a client facing capacity. Progress towards ACII would be beneficial, although not essential.
The business is very ambitious and it is anticipated that this role will evolve into a more senior positon involving management duties, perhaps even progressing through to Branch Director, therefore will appeal to those individuals looking to move in this direction.
