Job Title: Senior Account Executive

Package: £80,000 basic salary + Uncapped OTE (£160k) + Outstanding Benefits Package.
The Role

In this brand-new Senior Account Executive position, you will be responsible for managing and strategically developing an exclusive portfolio of Enterprise clients. Dealing at C‑Suite level (CPO, CHRO, CIO, CTO), you will be charged with developing long‑term relationships and solution‑selling complex HR and L&D Solutions to some of the UK’s largest Logos.

Supported by an outstanding team of consultants, pre and post‑sales support, customer success and delivery teams, you will be the point‑person on hunting for growth representing a diverse and innovative portfolio of Technical and non‑technical L&D solutions.
