Job summary

A dedicated educational recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Nursery Teacher for 3 days per week and a SENDCo for 2 days per week in Walsall. Qualifications

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Have recent experience teaching in Early Years (within the last 5 years).
  • Demonstrate a passion for early childhood development and learning through play.
  • Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
  • Hold the National Award for SEND Coordination (desirable).
  • Have experience supporting SEND provision within Early Years.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of EHCPs, inclusion strategies, and statutory guidance.

Nursery Teacher (3 Days per Week) & SENDCo (2 Days per Week) - Walsall

Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term (Until July 2026)

Empowering Learning is delighted to be working with a warm, inclusive, and nurturing early years provision in Walsall to recruit an experienced Nursery Teacher (3 days per week) alongside a SENDCo (2 days per week) for a January 2026 start until July 2026.

The Successful Candidates Will:
Nursery Teacher (3 Days)
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
