Job summary

About South Park Enterprise College

South Park Enterprise College is an independent SEMH specialist school for students aged 11-16, many with EHCPs and diagnoses such as ADHD or ASD.

We provide a safe, nurturing environment for young people who have struggled in mainstream schools or face exclusion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support strategic SEND development
  • Lead EHCP reviews (Annual, Interim, Emergency)
  • Coordinate daily SEND support and provision
  • Oversee looked after pupils
  • Provide professional guidance to staff, parents, and agencies
  • Advise on SEND budgets, resources, and staff training
  • Promote inclusion and curriculum access
  • Lead interventions and manage staff/resources
  • Quality assure SEND teaching and learning
  • Attend and review PEP meetings
Requirements
  • Accredited SENDCo qualification
  • Hold QTS or QTLS
  • Passionate about education and inclusion
  • Leadership experience
  • Able to manage SEND provision with the Headteacher
