Role

Join Our Team as a SEND Tutor (Young People\'s Learning). We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEND Tutor to join Hampshire Achieves, delivering high-quality, inclusive learning opportunities to young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across Hampshire. This is a part-time role (3 days per week).

Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver tailored learning programmes that meet the individual needs of SEND learners.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external agencies to support learner progress and wellbeing.
  • Design and implement Individual Learning Plans (ILPs), identifying gaps in knowledge and providing tailored support in literacy, numeracy, and digital skills.
  • Travel across Hampshire to deliver sessions in various settings, ensuring accessibility and consistency of support.
  • Contribute to learner reviews, EHCP targets, and progression planning.
