Qualifications

• Proven track record in SEND complaints and tribunal processes.
• Strong working knowledge of SEND legislation and statutory guidance.
• Ability to manage complex casework independently and to deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in a local authority or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Managing and progressing SEND complaints and tribunal cases.
• Supporting the resolution of complex complaints in line with statutory guidance.
• Preparing documentation and evidence for tribunal proceedings.
• Working closely with internal teams, legal services and external partners.
• Contributing to the reduction of complaint and tribunal backlogs.
• Ensuring compliance with SEND legislation and best practice.
