SEND Teaching Assistant – Full-time, long-term temporary starting ASAP with potential to go permanent. Duties as SEND Teaching Assistant

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with complex SEND needs

• Monitor and record pupil progress, reporting to the class teacher and SENCO
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Work flexibly across different year groups and adapt to varying needs
• Contribute to safeguarding and wellbeing practices across the school
