Salary:£90 - £100 (depedning on expirence)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant and inclusive school community. This full-time role involves working closely with pupils who have a range of complex needs, including autism, communication difficulties, sensory processing disorders, and physical or medical needs.
Provide tailored support to individual pupils or small groups with complex SEN
Implement EHCP targets and adapt activities to meet diverse learning needs
Support with personal care, feeding, and mobility where necessary
Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff
Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and external agencies
Previous experience working with children with complex SEN (essential)
A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to behaviour and learning
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility, initiative, and a positive attitude
Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, Team Teach, or similar) are desirable
A supportive and welcoming team environment
